Weber duct grout was used on this 1.2 km viaduct where post-tensioned ducts were grouted in lengths of 90 metres. In some areas along the viaduct the grout lengths increased to 135 metres.

Ontario’s Ministry of Transportation has approved Weber.cem Flowing Concrete for all repairs. 

Weber.cem Flowing Concrete (formerly known as Weber Five Star Repair Concrete) is a flowing 'micro-concrete' with industry-leading shrinkage values for top quality structural repairs to bridges and  elevated roads, car parks, columns, beams and decks.

It possesses very low chloride penetration values, rapid curing times, is easy-to-use, and is highly durable.
